Some Jensen 365 tools connect to Google services, with Your permission, through Google’s sign-in (OAuth). This section explains what We access and what We do with it.
What We access. Only what You approve on Google’s consent screen, which can include: Google Ads account data (campaign settings, spend, clicks, conversions, search terms, change history and Google’s recommendations); Google Analytics report data; Google Calendar events; YouTube channel analytics; and Gmail messages, for mailboxes that belong to Jensen 365 and its own businesses.
How We use it. To run and report on the advertising and marketing work You have hired Us to do: building reports, tracking results, and applying or declining Google’s recommendations under rules agreed with You. We do not use Google user data to serve ads, We do not sell it, and We do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
How We store and protect it. Data is stored on servers We control in the United States, encrypted in transit, and kept in separate records for each client. Access is limited to Jensen 365 staff who need it to do the work.
Who We share it with. Each client’s Google Ads data is shown only to that client and to Jensen 365. We do not share Google user data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting it. We keep it while You are a client and for as long as the law requires afterwards. You can revoke Our access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and You can ask Us to delete Your data by emailing info@jensen365.com.
Limited Use. Jensen 365’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
